These T&C’s form part of any website transaction between Polypot Creels Ltd and the “Customer”.

Our standard terms of trading are:-

Lead times:

• these can vary depending on our order books at the time, stock levels and the quantities required. We will however endeavour to despatch within 7 working days and if we cannot do so, will inform you.

Payment terms:

• The taking of a payment at the point of order does not indicate acceptance of the order and therefore no contract exists. Acceptance will occur and a contract become valid when we send you a confirmation of “goods despatched” e-mail. This term has been included to protect us in the event that we have inadvertently under-priced goods or that we are not able to supply for some reason. In the case of a price change – see pricing terms below – we will always contact you first to ensure that any change is acceptable to you.
• We can ONLY accept payment in sterling (GBP) currency.
• Payment can be made by electronic payment direct into our bank account (details of which will be provided if this option is selected) or via Paypal so that you may pay either by your Paypal account or by card. Sorry, there are no facilities currently to pay by debit/credit card over the telephone.

Invoicing:

• VAT invoices will be e-mailed or posted, as required, once shipment has been paid for and despatch of goods been made.

EU Customers:

• All overseas customers wishing to place orders should contact us via our email address sales@polypotcreels.co.uk
• For EU Customers VAT is not chargeable IF the purchaser is registered with the authority in that country AND they can provide proof and their registration details to us.
• We can ONLY accept payment in sterling (GBP) currency.

Carriage:

• Economy service carriage is included on all orders despatched within England & Wales.
• Additional charges may be applicable for delivery within Scotland and the Highlands and Islands depending upon the type of products ordered.
• Overseas and European customers should contact us via our email address sales@polypotcreels.co.uk for a quote.
• Where a faster service is requested by the customer – any upgrade is payable by the customer.
• Customers ordering large palletised shipments must advise us please if there are any known problems negotiating delivery to that address. (i.e. very narrow lanes, turning space not suitable for articulated lorry, tail lift needed etc).

Pricing:

• Prices published do not include VAT and are shown in UK Sterling (GBP).
• Due to fluctuations in the costs manufacturing and/or raw materials, Polypot Creels Ltd reserves the right to change our prices without prior notice.
